Life Skills Day Program
Build independence, confidence, and community connections - year-round

Our Life Skills Day Program is a year-round, skill-focused program for adults with developmental disabilities, dedicated to fostering confidence, independence, and meaningful community connections.
Our program emphasizes hands-on life skills development and awareness of essential topics such as communication, social skills, and self-advocacy. While community outings and engaging experiences are an integral part of our offerings, we are more than a recreational program — every activity is purposeful and directly supports skill development.
We take into account each participant's unique needs, interests, and goals, reflecting our person-centered approach. The program is delivered through two streams: Access, and Empower. Both streams are grounded in the same core values and program areas.
