Partner with us to advance inclusion for youth with disabilities

SafeForce

​​​SafeForce is an initiative for young adults with developmental disabilities to equip them with safety skills and self-defence training. Participants learn how to recognize unsafe situations, set healthy boundaries, understand their rights, and speak up with confidence. The training also includes hands-on, accessible self-defence techniques to build body awareness, safety skills, and personal confidence.

Learn2Earn

The Learn2Earn initiative is a structured 44-week pathway per cohort that combines classroom learning, job shadowing, supervised work placements, and individualized coaching - designed for individuals with disabilities who are ready to pursue careers in the social services sector.

Trainings

Our training programs are designed for professionals working in disability services, community care, and human services. All programs are delivered in-person by experienced facilitators. Program opportunities include PBS, APRP, and CPI. 

Entrepreneur Abilities

A targeted program designed to empower adults with developmental disabilities who are interested in self-employment or entrepreneurship by providing them with necessary business education and mentorship to support their entrepreneurial endeavours.​​

EmpowerED

Resilient Hearts is building a virtual platform, EmpowerED, which will provide real-world learning experiences for individuals with developmental disabilities. This wholistic platform will allow participants to gain essential life skills for independent living. This interactive app will also build community connections by connecting peers with similar experiences for fostering friendships.​
