Social Club

Connect, socialize, and build friendships that last

What is Social Club?

Social Club is a monthly evening program at Resilient Hearts, designed specifically for adults with developmental disabilities who want to connect, have fun, and be part of a real community.

Each night has a different theme — from games and crafts to music, cooking, and outings — so there is always something new to look forward to. Activities are guided and supported by our team, with flexibility for participants to engage at their own comfort level.

We are starting with one evening per month as we build our community, with plans to expand as the program grows. Every session is a chance to make friends, laugh together, and feel at home.

At Resilient Hearts, we humbly acknowledge that the land on which we operate is the traditional territory of the Niitsitapi (Blackfoot) and the people of the Treaty 7 region, which includes the Siksika, Piikani, Kainai, Tsuut'ina, and Stoney Nakoda First Nations, including Chiniki, Bearspaw, and Wesley First Nations. We honor and respect the longstanding connections of Indigenous peoples to this land and recognize the importance of reconciliation, understanding, and collaboration as we strive to create a welcoming space for all.
