Positive Behaviour Support is a person-centred, evidence-based framework for understanding and responding to behaviours of concern. This training provides professionals with practical tools to conduct functional assessments, develop individualized support plans, reduce reliance on restrictive practices, and achieve meaningful, lasting outcomes that uphold the dignity and rights of the individuals they support.

This two-hour workshop addresses the prevalence and recognition of abuse affecting individuals with developmental disabilities. CPI

The Crisis Prevention Institute's Nonviolent Crisis Intervention program is internationally recognized as a standard of care for safe crisis management. At Resilient Hearts, we humbly acknowledge that the land on which we operate is the traditional territory of the Niitsitapi (Blackfoot) and the people of the Treaty 7 region, which includes the Siksika, Piikani, Kainai, Tsuut'ina, and Stoney Nakoda First Nations, including Chiniki, Bearspaw, and Wesley First Nations. We honor and respect the longstanding connections of Indigenous peoples to this land and recognize the importance of reconciliation, understanding, and collaboration as we strive to create a welcoming space for all.
